Favorite SCOTUS case
MY favorite SCOTUS case is Kent V. United states. This case is probably the most important because talked about how this 16 year old commited rape and house break and the court wanted to try them as an adult. This case was very important to America because without this case you wouldnt be able to be tried as an adult. the ruling of this case was that the court found him guilty and they did not!! Charge as an adult. This case took place in 1966. this case is important to me because i believe it has solved a great problem in the justice system that kids could not be tried as an adult.

Exactly! Do the crime do the time. Just because somebody is a kid, if they kill somebody, they face the music, just like the next person to kill somebody.
